@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum , It’s beyond me how your services go out frequently and yet there is never an adjustment in my bill for the inconvenience. It’s WEEKLY. If I caused this much inconvenience to my customers you bet your wifi I would give them something for their trouble

@GetSpectrum. Worst customer service ever! I have scheduled for a technician to come move my service twice now. Yesterday was from 9-10, never called or showed up. I created a ticket and customer service said he would arrive/call within the hour. Again nothing...

@Ask_Spectrum guaranteed I'll never @GetSpectrum Internet after they cut my @ATT GigaPower service to run a new line. The area was properly marked. Luckily I speak Spanish or I wouldn't have been able to tell their crew anything. Still haven't seen the supervisor they promised.

Service call to @ATT - we’re sorry you’re going to be without internet and @Uverse TV for 2 more weeks while we lay new wire. This shareholder now has to switch to @GetSpectrum and can’t get an install date.
