We are seeking a full-time Office Manager who can learn and adapt quickly, take initiative to make process improvements, communicate effectively, and who loves solving problems.
Superior Fence & Rail is the largest fencing company in the nation, having seen explosive growth over the last few years. Experience in the fencing or construction industry is preferred but not required. Experience with Quickbooks and/or SOS Inventory also preferred.

We are seeking an Office Manager who would like to grow personally and professionally as the company scales.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Contract administration
- Accounting - Quickbooks / SOS Inventory
- Inventory management
- Customer service
- Permitting and HOA approval processing
- Assist operations personnel as needed.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three years or more of proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multi-tasking capability.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Compensation:
- Salary - $55k-$65k depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule
- 8 hour shift, typically 8am - 5pm
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate
- Zionsville, IN 46077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
