I'm surprised this app has such a low rating! I really like this app... it's really convenient. It helps me keep track of all of my appts, send messages to my PCP for refills, questions, etc, and be able to read all my visit summaries, test results, and more. I definitely would miss appts if it weren't for this app! I get texts to remind me that an appt is coming up and I'm able to do my pre check-in on it, so I don't have to do it when I get there! I'm so glad that I have this app!

Won't let me log in without resetting my password every time. Also won't let me use my fingerprint to log in. It just locks up.

Very easy to use. I transferred over from the Stanford app and it's almost identical except that it's purple now instead of red.

I love this app! But my biometrics recently stopped working and I can't get in the app now. The app otherwise is very convenient. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now the biometrics are working just fine.

Terrible app!! Continually requesting you to login. Doesn't take you to providers. Unable to select location and type of Dr looking for. Super glitchy and MANY problems!!

haven't been able to log in for almost a year now. app is updated. Just has loading symbol and says we are having technical issues please try later. 1 year and they still haven't fixed that?

Can't log in? I had the problem twice. You can uninstall and reinstall the app it works, not sure why IT guy can't figure it out other then that it works great love contact Dr this way my team responds quickly.

Can't sign in unless I reset my password EVERY TIME. I write my passwords down in a journal to keep track of all these sign ups we're REQUIRED to do in 2020s. It's not an issue of typing in the wrong password the app just needs me to ALWAYS reset the password yo get temporary access to MyChart. I could tab out after changing the password and then get logged out from doing that and have to RESET the password AGAIN. No tech support contact available.

I keep being unable to sign in. It just says "we are experiencing brief technical issues" except they're not brief because it's never resolved. It worked to uninstall and reinstall but it's not worth it to do so every time I want to sign in

Most of it seems pretty easy to use but I can not figure out how to pay my bill on the app. I can view the balance owed, the details of the bill, and the statement, but there is no button to pay it! I have looked in every option in the billing section and just do not see it. Please make this more straightforward and just put a "pay this bill" button by the balance owed!

App won't update. I logged in through my email for my chart. The log in screen was different. So I logged out and logged in the app. It was the same as usual. The message for the last month were gone. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no difference. I looked for an app update with no luck. Usually when I try to log in through an email it goes through my chart app. But it was different with both.

Its a great idea... but has a lot of bugs that need fixing. I set up auto billing and it hasnt shown its been taken out, neither has my bank accouny. I emailed NWM and they told me they can see it on their end and to be patient... its been 2 weeks?! also, i can never alter an appointment. There is always an error there. I just tried to view my lab results and the app is telling me it cant open my browser? its really frustrating

App keep saying to try again in few minutes. Finally called help desk, had to update app to access my files but the help desk said to remove and reinstall. Too bad they don't know what they're doing there. Also, the icons no longer show when new files, records, messages, bills, etc. are on your account. I had several before the update that I wanted to remain as unviewed as a reminder for me while I work thru each health issue and/or record. Another poor update by IT department. 😪

Gets stuck on splash screen. Also fingerprint authentication is very slow and it too tends to stick. Also, it's very inconvenient and high handed to enforce screenshot restrictions. If I want to share an image of my screen you have no business to interfere. Get this sorry excuse for an app fixed. Stop using free software to make your app ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The app was great until they removed the ability to view read receipts for messages showing if/when they were seen by the staff. Now a patient has no idea if their messege has been seen or not and is a great detriment to the Doctor - patient communication and rapport. Very disappointing, and I have already noticed an incredibly negative difference in the office response time since this change. I have never had a single problem in the past, but following this "update" it has been awful.

Much of the functionality of this app, the things that would make it helpful, like sending messages to physicians or requesting refills is completely absent. Or rather you get the message "no data" when you actually click on a box. So ultimately you log into the app hoping to get something done only to have to go to the website to get something done. At this point I think I'm going to uninstall the app and never use it again

Cannot get it to run on my Android samsung (GS7) phone - this is a problem, as the old app worked just fine. Also the old app now does not have functionality with the phone at all, "demands" that I upgrade to the new app however it wont load and work with the phone. Please fix so that I can continue to get good service from your hospital..... 6/18/19. the new version of the app seems to work, some items I cant fully get to integrate however I can log in now, so I will continue to work with it.

Love the old My Chart App. This one has fewer capabilities and is awkward. What happened to the MY Team section. Only my primary is listed. It is very hard to find other doctors and make appointments. It was so easy before. The same is true on the website version. Also, The website has a link for "letters" which is a new feature. Rather then sending a letter in the mail, I noticed that they are now posted, but the app does not show this. Thank you.

Not getting any notifications from the app. So I'm missing messages, appt changes, test results. Cant telehealth because the text doesn't come through. I've called repeatedly to tech support at MyChart just to he told that they made changes and are working on it. Its been 6 months how long does it take to fix the app. And please do not tell me uninstall and reinstall clean my cache and cookies because I've done everything on my end. What's the point of having the app if it doesn't work.

What happened to the traditional menu? It no longer appears in this functionality. Also there is no link to the web based version. Not helpful at all. Document sharing process is horrendous. You are unable to view our documents from a linked account. And we are unable to upload a requested document over 4mb. Which is a really low file byte level for a document.
