WHEW. Made it to 54% on this one...not sure how I managed that. I swear a lot, but the swearing in this book is just overkill. There's a lack of character development, no real storytelling, + I had this creeping sensation it was written as a 9th grade English assignment. Sorry. I just can't read anymore of this book.

Cute story but it's only part one! I'm not interested enough to continue with part 2.

I really didn't enjoy this. *spoilers ahead* Firstly, the first chapter is the murder and we learn then who the murderer is, there's no mystery. Secondly, the second chapter starts off with major "pick me girl" vibes which did not endear me to the main character. Then she reunites with her ex who reveals her aunt was just murdered and by the end of the day she has sex with him just upstairs from where her aunt was killed. This all happened on the first day of the book. Oh and he just casually told her that her family were witches. Writing this review, it makes me question about if this was written on Wattpad and then published as it reminds me of the amateur written werewolf stories from there.
The second half of this book is also unrealistic, featuring three wolf shifters on the run, but it wasn't as bad as the first half.

What did I just read??? I truly thought this was two separate books - the second half of the book is so separate from the first. Great story but I have some thoughts… Sex WAYYYY too fast??? And they are saying I love you??? Come on. Give me a little build up here. Also she masters her magic in one go??? Come on author. You could’ve drawn so much of this out so much more. Lastly…I’m all for the inclusivity of this book but really?! “f*ck*ard”!!!!???? I’ve never read this word in a book and for that I’m going to have to take it down at least a star. That sort of language is NOT ok. That was the quickest fight ever - again so much of this book could have been elaborated upon. The author had great ideas and I loved the story line but it was just much too quick.

This is the wrong version of this book and I keep trying to change it and goodreads changes it back. But after saying that, I give up trying and am just going to rate and review. The book I read is Wilde & Witchy Books 1&2 combined. Great series so far, I have been completely engaged and entertained. There is funny, sassy, smutty, and serious moments filled with love, danger, sadness, heartache and the finding of senses of purposes for more than one character and I can’t wait to read the rest of this series.

This book is just fine. The story was cute overall, romance was cute and steamy... I did get lost in the writing cause. we were in everyone's thoughts at all times. there was no difference between one person's thoughts and another. Also, we went from one plot about with a serial killer to another about a hom*ophobic alpha without any explanation or ending to the first or transition between the two. Don't think I'll continue the series as it didn't grab me but a cute book nonetheless.

This author writes about witches with an excitement that makes you want more. Imagine you don't know you might be a witch because your mother was, and your aunt was a witch, but your mother was murdered. Why? Dani was always trying to find herself, but nothing felt right, college, jobs, and boyfriends. Dani was going to see her Aunt Marni. She was a witch but always treated Dani like a second mother.
From here, the excitement begins! GOOD READING.

Dani Harper doesn’t know she is a witch, her mother was murdered and she travels to Blueberry Island to visit her Aunt Marni. An old acquaintance Galen Wilde is now Police Chief and informs Dani that her Aunt Marni was murdered. Galen is a sexy wolf who has the hots for Dani. I really enjoyed reading this paranormal novel.

The plot was okay although definitely not fleshed out enough. A part of me feels like having characters be in love from childhood before one moves away before returning and all the old feelings are still there is a bit of a get out of writing a developing relationship. I am not currently interested in reading the rest of the books but I might do in the future.

A pretty ok book A quaint little goody goody book where everything is happy go lucky till the big bad wolf turns up and then things go worse for a minute until everything is icky sweet and jolly again. Feels like I've got sugar stuck in my teeth. But yeah, it works to read even though it's got some inconsistensies

While still grieving the sudden death of her mother, Dani Harper loses her aunt under similar circ*mstances and then inherits her huge fortune and island mansion. Strange things are happening all around her, and the love she left behind a decade earlier is the local chief of police! A sexy, romantic often comical story, laced with mystery, paranormal activity, and self-discovery!

Enjoyable book I love reading this. Magic is Awesome. Dani Harper as the last surviving witch coming into magic with no knowledge at all. She learns her magic while also fighting to find out who killed her aunt and is also trying to kill her too. Now put into this mix a sheriff who is a shifter. Fabulous

2.5 stars. Woman finds out she has powers trope. A lot of sex with one, nope, it doesn't work that way moment. Too much sex at the expense of plot. I got it, they were hot for each other but come on, danger abounds.

This book was not what I thought it would be. For some reason, it was paranormal but the sex was a bit too much. I liked the premise of the story but the sex took away from the plot. Don't get me wrong, I like sex but did not think it would be as graphic. Not my taste.

it’s just wrong to come home to a murder Her Aunt murdered, her old boyfriend still in love with her, shapeshifters & enough money to make a home for supernatural lost. A good read & it just makes you want to know more.

Great supernatural romance A wonderful read when you're in the mood for a very sexy positive storyline, with enough action and mystery to keep you interested as well as guessing. Supernatural sexiness at its best!

I really wanted to like this book. But it was all over the place and hard to follow along with the over descriptive and wordy story. Also the multiple point of views further complicated things as did the misplaced quotations from where the character was thinking rather than speaking.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I know I give a lot of 5 star reviews but reading a good book that fulfills all my romance & mystery fantasies is hard not to give such a score. These books do that in a fun & seriously relaxing way!!! Thank you Ruby Raine ❤️❤️❤️

This book was separated into 2 parts. The first one read like a Hallmark Christmas movie. But it wasn't terrible. The second part was much better. It was a nice quick read, but not interesting enough for me to look for more books in the series.

The book was OKAY I felt like it had alot more potential. I had to force myself to finish it.. The book felt cringe ,cheesy or predictable at times. I enjoyed reading more about the three brothers their story was a lot more interesting and wish it was more about them lol.

This book was all over the place. The story had potential but there was too much repetition in the MC reminiscence on her life, the humor was pretty cheesy and the sex scenes were a bit rough.

Honestly, this was a DNF for me and that doesn’t happen very often. Cheesy writing style. Weirdly structured storyline. And the language/grammar the author used was extremely off putting.
