About this home
The holiday starts by driving up the long drive to holiday park Landgoed De Scheleberg. Surrounded by peace and lovely natural surroundings, it is the ultimate enjoyment of your well earned holiday. The holiday park offers various facilities for all ages. There is a heated open air swimming pool, a great tennis court and a playground. After a day of walking or biking, you can relax and have a drink and a snack in the snackbar. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Lunteren is the geographical centre of the Netherlands. It is surrounded by forests, heaths, sand dunes and it is an ideal location of lovers of peace, quiet and nature. You can take excursions to Apenheul Primate Park, Burgers' Zoo, the Dolfinarium, the Hoge Veluwe National Park, the Kröller Müller Museum, the Dutch open air museum in Arnhem, Ouwehands Zoo, the Palace of Het Loo and also Walibi Holland. As you can see, there are all the ingredients for a successful holiday!
This luxurious, detached villa is located on the spacious and wooded holiday park Landgoed De Scheleberg. In the middle of nature, yet only 7 km from the city of Ede and 5 km from the town of Lunteren.
The villa is comfortable and fully furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a combination microwave. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have two 1-pers. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
At the Landgoed De Scheleberg holiday park, various chalets, holiday homes and villas can be booked for four to eight people.
Specifics
- The accommodation at this holiday park is intended for recreational use. Therefore, it is prohibited to stay at the holiday park for any purpose other than recreation. If it transpires that the purpose of your stay is any other than recreational, you'll be denied access to the park.
- If the holiday home has air conditioning, you can use it for € 10.00 per day.
- The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May.
- The restaurant on the Scheleberg is currently closed untill furter notice. A cafeteria is available for takeaway.
- Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
- The park has indicated that it is a firework-free zone. Despite the fact that the park will do their utmost to enforce the prohibition on the lighting of fireworks, they cannot give a 100% guarantee that no actual fireworks will be lit on or in the direct vicinity of the park. Therefore, no rights may be derived from this indication.

Matig schoongemaakt, veel stof etc o der bank, keukenuitrusting minimaal, koffiecup apparaat kapot, gordijnen niet helemaal goed opgehangen, babystoel niet aanwezig. Wel super fijne omgeving en tuin met uitzicht over landerijen.
Moderately cleaned, a lot of dust, etc. under the sofa, kitchen equipment minimal, coffee machine broken, curtains not hung properly, baby chair not present. Very nice environment and garden with a view over farmlands.

Huisje nummer 532 op top park de schelleberg in lunteren echt heel mooi alleen wel wat vegen van andere bewoners op de wanden jammer, en de kussens buiten waren niet helemaal je dat ook nog een enkele kapot maar alles tezamen super goed !

Prachtig park, prachtig wandelgebied, modern huisje mooi terras aan vijver, aardige medewerkers die enorm hun best doen! goede huurfietsen. Helaas is het onderhoud van ons huisje (537) verwaarloosd. Bank versleten, lamp valt om als deze niet tegen de muur staat, fauteuil hangt scheef en zit niet comfortabel, verf badkamer afgebladderd van muur/vensterbank, stroomdraden stofzuiger zichtbaar, elektra ontsteking fornuis kapot . Schoonmaak was niet Coronaproof! overal liepen mieren over de tafel (wel netjes opgelost dmv 2 mierendozen) , asbak met sigarenpeuken op terrastafel en buitenhaard stampvol met sigarettenpeuken, koffiezetapparaat en oven niet schoon genoeg. Te weinig bestek en drinkservies zodat vaatwasser te vaak moest draaien, kan voor weinig kosten veel duurzamer. Personeel was vol begrip en bracht 50% schoonmaakkosten in mindering en technische ondersteuning werd snel geboden nadat de elektrische haard niet aan ging. Jammer, want we wilden ons nou net een paar dagen niet bezig houden met huishouden en problemen oplossen na pittige Corona tijd. Absoluut ook genoten van wandel en fietstochten. NIET de KWALITEIT DIE JE VERWACHT VAN BELLE VILLA.
Beautiful park, beautiful walking area, modern house, beautiful terrace on the pond, nice employees who do their very best! good rental bikes. Unfortunately, the maintenance of our house (537) has been neglected. Sofa worn out, lamp falls over when it is not against the wall, armchair hangs crookedly and is not comfortable, bathroom paint peeling off wall / windowsill, vacuum cleaner power wires visible, electric stove ignition broken. Housekeeping was not Corona proof! ants were everywhere on the table (neatly solved by 2 ant boxes), ashtray with cigar butts on patio table and outdoor fireplace packed with cigarette butts, coffee maker and oven not clean enough. Too little cutlery and drinking crockery, so that the dishwasher had to run too often, can be much more durable for little cost. Staff were understanding and deducted a 50% cleaning fee and technical support was provided promptly after the electric fire failed to light. A pity, because we just didn't want to deal with housekeeping for a few days and solve problems after tough Corona time. Definitely also enjoyed walking and cycling. NOT THE QUALITY YOU EXPECT FROM BELLE VILLA.

Huisje was netjes en redelijk nieuw, badkamer erg klein, slaapkamers ook klein. Restaurant slecht, matig eten, slechte service

Het was perfect op 2 zaken na: De accommodatie wordt omschreven inclusief Open haard (gashaard). In praktijk bleek echter dat de eigenaar de haard buiten werking had gezet zodat wij hier helemaal geen gebruik van konden maken. De receptie gaf hier eerst 2 dagen desinformatie over, en vertelde dit pas bij vertrek. Slecht dat dit onjuist op de reservering staat vermeld, feitelijk krijg je niet wat je gereserveerd hebt. En is de receptie qua informatieverstrekking en klantgerichtheid niet erg goed geweest.
It was perfect except for 2 things: The accommodation is described including Fireplace (gas fire). In practice, however, it appeared that the owner had put the fire out of operation so that we could not use it at all. The reception first gave 2 days of disinformation about this, and only told this on departure. Bad that this is incorrectly stated on the reservation, you actually do not get what you have reserved. And the reception was not very good in terms of information provision and customer focus.

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Konden al rond middaguur in huisje ipv na 15.00 uur.Alles super goed onderhouden en verzorgt.
Friendly welcome. Could already in the house around noon instead of after 3 p.m. All super well maintained and cared for.

Alles was super, alleen mogen de huizen wel beter worden schoongemaakt!! De ramen waren smerig, vooral boven. Onder de bedden stoffig, op het kastje boven de wasbak een laag stof.
Everything was great, only the houses are better cleaned! The windows were filthy, especially above. Under the beds dusty, on the cupboard above the sink a layer of dust.
